When Do I Start Earning Points With My Pressed® Membership, And How Do I Earn Them?
You will start earning points as soon as you complete the signup process for a Pressed® Membership and make your first purchase. Points are earned on all Pressed Juicery® in-store and/or online purchases, with 1 point awarded for every dollar spent. For online purchases, simply log in to your account and points will be automatically applied. In-store, have an associate scan your QR code from the site or the app to earn Pressed Points™.
How Do I Access And Redeem My Pressed® Membership Points?
You can access your points and rewards in your account profile online or via the Pressed® app available on the App Store and Google Play Store. To redeem points: Online: Sign in to your account on pressed.com, add desired items to your cart (note that some items are excluded), and apply your points at checkout. In-store: Scan your QR code with a store associate and let them know you'd like to apply your points; they will deduct the value from your purchase.
Do Your Pressed® Membership Points Expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after they are added to your account.
What Is VIP Pricing And Is There A Fee For Joining?
When you subscribe to a Pressed® Membership, you gain immediate access to VIP pricing, saving you up to 25% on every purchase. Each month, a $10 charge will be applied to your credit card on file, which is credited toward your account balance for buying Pressed Juicery® products. This means you can enjoy VIP pricing on every order by committing to spend as little as $10 a month. There are no restrictions on how many items you can purchase, making it the simplest way to turn Pressed Juicery® into a rewarding, healthy habit! You are also welcome to cancel your VIP membership at any time.
How Can I Cancel My VIP Membership And What Happens To My Balance?
To cancel your VIP membership, simply log in to your account at pressed.com or use the Pressed® app. Navigate to Manage Account > Manage Membership, and click the 'Cancel Membership' button at the bottom of the page. Once canceled, your VIP membership will transition to a Loyalty Membership. Your remaining balance, if any, will still be accessible using your QR code and does not expire. However, please note that canceling your VIP membership will discontinue your access to discounted rates, even if there are funds remaining in your account. Cash refunds are not available, but your account balance will remain available until fully used.
