PRESSED 1-DAY RESET SWEEPSTAKES

2. SPONSOR: This promotion (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Pressed Juicery located at 8671 Hayden Pl, Culver City, CA 90232 (“Sponsor”) and is subject to the following rules, terms, and conditions (“Rules”). The Sweepstakes are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media website or business.

3. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: This Sweepstakes begins on February 7, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) through February 26, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM PST.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia. Not open to residents of Guam or Puerto Rico. Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate in this Sweepstakes. Employees of Sponsor, its associates, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, agents, successors, assigns and commercial partners authorized by Sponsor, or of other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children and each of their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

5. ENTRY: There are two (2) ways to enter:

• Method #1: Pressed customers who visit the 1-Day Reset Cleanse Challenge landing page and sign up with their phone number to receive SMS messages about the Challenge will be automatically entered into these Sweepstakes with one (1) entry. You must agree to receive SMS messages from Pressed to enter according to the terms on the Sweepstakes’ landing page located here: https://pressed.com/1-day-reset-challenge

• Method #2 Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To manually enter the Sweepstakes, each entrant must legibly print their name, address, city, state, country, postal code, email address, and telephone number, as well as the name and date of the Sweepstakes that the entry is for (“Pressed 1-Day Reset Cleanse Challenge”), on a self-addressed note card and mail the completed form to: Pressed Juicery [8671 Hayden Pl, Culver City, CA 90232]. Only note cards mailed in envelopes and postmarked before or on February 26, 2025, and received by Pressed before March 3, 2025, will be accepted. No e-mailed or faxed alternate entries are eligible. Facsimiles, photocopies, or mechanical reproductions of entries will be void. Only one alternative entry via post per person. Each alternative entry is equal to 1 additional entry.

6. LIMIT: Only one (1) prize per household.

7. PRIZE: Sponsor will choose one (1) winner 10 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The winner will receive one (1) $500 gift card to Pressed Juicery. No cash or other prize substitutions permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Entries must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements described in these Rules. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will be selected by a random computer process. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the number of participating entrants.

Total Prize Value: $500 USD.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by SMS message and must sign and return within seven (7) business days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively the “Releases”). The Releases will require the winner to furnish their Social Security Number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize will be awarded approximately within 45 days after the winner is verified.

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a prize.

All income taxes resulting from acceptance of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winners’ name and likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Prizes are awarded “as is” with not warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering these Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold Sponsor and its employees, officers, directors and agents of each, X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and Meta (collectively “Released Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.

10. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the phone number used at the time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is the rightful owner of the cellular phone number account. Sponsor may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the Authorized Account Holder of the social media account associated with the entry to Sponsor’s satisfaction.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

11. LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of these Rules and may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a criminal or civil law violation, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
