Vegan Pancakes Recipe

What You'll Need

  • 1 Cup Pressed Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 ½ Cups Oat Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

Directions

1) Whisk the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl.
2) Stir in the almond milk and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
3) Heat a pan over medium-low heat and grease with vegan butter or coconut oil. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter per pancake.
4) Cook the pancake until bubbles appear on the top and the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side turns golden brown.
5) Serve with your preferred toppings and enjoy!
