Summary of the Pressed™ Membership Program and Benefits.
Earning Points. As a Pressed™ Member, you will be eligible to earn one point for every dollar you spend at Pressed™ and these points may be redeemed for juices and treats of your choice, as follows:

We reserve the right to adjust the number of points needed for redemption for juices and treats in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion in accordance with Section 5 below. Generally, points are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of when you earned them. If you void a purchase or return a product, the points you earned from that product will be deducted from your account balance.
Point Expiration. Pressed™ Membership Points will expire 12 months after you’ve earned them.
How VIP Pricing Works. Pressed™ Members enjoy VIP Pricing and savings on every purchase by committing to spend as little as $10 a month at Pressed. Your credit card on file will be charged $10 a month, which goes towards your account balance to purchase Pressed™ products. You are welcome to cancel your Membership/VIP Pricing at any time.
Recurring Billing. By starting your Pressed™ Membership with VIP Pricing, you authorize us to charge you a monthly Membership Fee of ten dollars ($10.00) or, if you choose a greater amount. You may increase or decrease the recurring Membership Fee by visiting the MY ACCOUNT page on our website, but you may not decrease the recurring Membership Fee to any amount below ten dollars ($10.00). We reserve the right to change or modify the minimum Membership Fee requirement and will provide you with reasonable notification of the change.
Billing Cycle. We will charge your credit/debit card on the day you sign up to become a Member and opt in to receive VIP Pricing and each month thereafter unless and until you cancel your VIP Membership. We automatically charge your credit/debit card each month. Visit our website and click on the “Manage Membership” link on the MY ACCOUNT page to see the commencement date for your next renewal period.
No Refunds. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS/LOST OR STOLEN CREDITS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to VIP Membership Pricing through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, and to the extent permitted by law, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our Members. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion to the extent permitted by law. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. Member assumes all risk of lost or stolen credits on their accounts (other than security breaches to Pressed’s computer systems) and no refunds or credits will be issued for Member credits which are lost or stolen.
Payment Methods. You may edit your credit/debit card information by visiting our website and clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not edit your credit/debit card information or cancel your account, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorize us to continue billing your credit/debit card, as it may be updated. This may result in a change to your payment billing dates. We may update your credit/debit card information with information provided by the applicable payment service provider, and you authorize us to continue to charge the Membership Fee to the updated credit/debit card. For certain credit/debit cards, the issuer of your credit/debit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your credit/debit card service provider for details.
Cancellation. You may cancel your access to VIP Membership Pricing at any time, and you will continue to have access to the VIP Pricing through the end of your monthly billing period. We will send you a Pressed™ gift card in the amount of the dollar balance remaining in your Membership account at the end of the month in which your Membership is cancelled. This gift card can be used to purchase Pressed™ products at regular non-member prices. To cancel, go to the MY ACCOUNT page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your access to VIP Membership pricing, your account will automatically return to regular retail pricing at the end of your current billing period. Pressed™ reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to exclude any individual(s) from the Membership Program or to terminate any Membership, for any reason, including, without limitation, abuse of the Membership Program, failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, or fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct detrimental to the interests of Pressed. Any such exclusion or termination may affect eligibility for further participation in the Membership Program and/or any other Pressed™ program.
Opting Out of VIP Pricing. You can still enjoy some of our program perks without a monthly commitment such as earning points for every purchase however you will not receive VIP Pricing.
Exclusions/Limitations. Points can only be earned on purchases you make directly from Pressed™ retail stores and online at pressed.com. Pressed™ products purchased from resellers of our products such as grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and other third-party resellers are not eligible for points. If you are a participant of Pressed’s Membership Program, you will not earn points on the monthly recurring charges or reloads to your Membership account until you make an actual purchase. Taxes, tips, bottle deposits such as CRV, donations and fees, including but not limited to shipping and handling fees, delivery fees, are also ineligible for points. Points you earn must be used towards Pressed™ eligible products (as described above) and may not be redeemed in cash unless required by applicable law.
Prior Loyalty Program. Pressed™ Membership is designed to reward our loyal customers with greater benefits and more products than our initial Loyalty Program, discontinued as of September 5, 2019, (“Loyalty Program”). If you were a member of our previous Loyalty Program, your points have been automatically converted to an equal value-number of Pressed™ Membership Points, irrespective of whether you sign up for our new Pressed™ Membership Program. In other words, your points will entitle you to the same benefits you would have been entitled to under our previous Loyalty Program. For example, purposes only, if you had 50 Loyalty Points which qualifies you to one free juice under our old Loyalty Program, those 50 points Loyalty Points have been automatically converted into 150 Pressed™ Membership which entitles you to the same free juice. To honor our commitment that Loyalty Points will never expire, your Loyalty Points that were converted into Pressed™ Membership Points will never expire. However, if you choose to sign up for new Pressed™ Membership Program, all new points earned after signing up will be subject to our expiration policy described above. Loyalty Points which have been converted into Pressed™ Membership Points will be exhausted through redemption before any of the new Pressed™ Membership points earned after your date of sign up. If you do not fully exhaust your converted Loyalty Points from the previous program and continue earning Pressed™ Membership Points under the new Pressed™ Membership Program your new points are subject to the expiration policy described above and your Loyalty Point will remain until fully exhausted.
Communication Preferences. By participating in the Pressed™ Membership Program you consent to receiving emails and texts from Pressed™ relating to your account, balances, points, orders, as well as promotional advertising. You also consent to receiving certain other communications from us, such as newsletters about Pressed™ product offerings and promotions, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys. If you no longer want to receive certain non-transactional communications, simply unsubscribe from our mailing list in the promotional email you received. Limitation of Liability. Pressed™ and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) make no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Pressed™ Membership Program. By participating in the Pressed™ Membership Program, you hereby release to the fullest extent that law permits, the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) relating to your participation in the Pressed™ Membership Program.
